Internet Marketing Tips – Easy Ways to Convert Prospects to Buying Customers
Wednesday, March 9th, 20111. Impress them. It’s important that these people would love what they’ll see on your website. They’ll stay a bit longer if your site is visually-appealing, very informative, and very easy to navigate. Ensure that your site speaks volume about your expertise in your niche and your credibility. It’s important that you can make your readers feel that they can actually trust you.
2. Get them to sign up to your email marketing list. You don’t want your visitors to leave without signing up to your newsletters because you don’t have any assurance that they’ll come back soon. So present them with a nice squeeze page where they can easily leave their contact information. You can convince more people to sign up if you give them an assurance that you’re not going to share their email address to other people and that you’re not going to spam them. Put their mind at ease by telling them that it’s not an obligation on their part; that they’re free to opt out at any time without questions asked.
3. Build customer relations. You’ll most likely to convince your prospects to buy from you if you get them to like and trust you first. Build relationship with these people by simply joining them on forums and blogs. Offer them with insider tips and expert advice from time to time. Make them feel that you’re really there for them and that you’re genuinely interested in helping them out.
4. Send them newsletters every week. You don’t want your prospects to soon forget about you, right? So, send them informative newsletters at least once a week. Ensure that you offer them with real value, useful information so you can get them to like and trust you in no time at all. You can also invite them when you’re conducting free seminars or inform them when you’re running promotions. The more you contact them, the more likely they will not forget about you and your website.
5. Make follow-ups. Do not forget to follow-up your prospects’ desire in buying your products and services. Send them sales letters at least twice a month. Each time you do, ensure that you highlight the features of your products and your unique selling preposition. It will also help if you create a sense of urgency. Tell them that they’ll get amazing freebies or discounts if they will act right away.
