  1. Hone your communication skills. Unlike when you’re using email and member-only site as your coaching mediums, you need exceptional oral communication skills when you’re delivering your programs through phone. It’s very important that you know the most effective ways to get your message across. If you think that there’s a lot of room for improvement, I suggest that you sign up to relevant seminars first and hone your skills. There’s no way that your programs will sell like hotcakes online if you cannot articulate your thoughts and ideas.
  2. Know the biggest problems of your customers. Next step is to figure out the biggest problems that affect your customers or the biggest inadequacies in your chosen niche. These are the best things that you need to focus on your coaching programs. Find ways on how you can resolve them. Do extensive research, gain first-hand experience, and do experiments when needed. It’s important that you’re 100% sure that your recommended solutions will really work before you tell your customers about them.
  3. Plan your sessions. Create a skeleton for your coaching programs so you will not get lost along the way. Share with them your in-depth knowledge and personal secrets. Show them the easiest and fastest way to get things done.
  5. Ask for feedback. Encourage your customers to leave their feedback after your sessions. Did they find it refreshing? Do they think you could have done better? Do they have suggestions on the tools and resources that you could have used? Their input and feedback will surely help you improve your coaching sessions so you can better serve these people.
