Internet Marketing Tips – Easy Ways to Convert Prospects to Buying Customers

March 9th, 2011
Sending high quality traffic to your website isn’t the only thing that you need to do in order to grow your ebusiness. You need to ensure that you can convert at least 10% of your web visitors to paying customers otherwise, all the effort and time that you put in getting them to pay you a visit will just go down the drain. Here are some quick tips on how you can make that happen.

1. Impress them. It’s important that these people would love what they’ll see on your website. They’ll stay a bit longer if your site is visually-appealing, very informative, and very easy to navigate. Ensure that your site speaks volume about your expertise in your niche and your credibility. It’s important that you can make your readers feel that they can actually trust you.

2. Get them to sign up to your email marketing list. You don’t want your visitors to leave without signing up to your newsletters because you don’t have any assurance that they’ll come back soon. So present them with a nice squeeze page where they can easily leave their contact information. You can convince more people to sign up if you give them an assurance that you’re not going to share their email address to other people and that you’re not going to spam them. Put their mind at ease by telling them that it’s not an obligation on their part; that they’re free to opt out at any time without questions asked.

3. Build customer relations. You’ll most likely to convince your prospects to buy from you if you get them to like and trust you first. Build relationship with these people by simply joining them on forums and blogs. Offer them with insider tips and expert advice from time to time. Make them feel that you’re really there for them and that you’re genuinely interested in helping them out.

4. Send them newsletters every week. You don’t want your prospects to soon forget about you, right? So, send them informative newsletters at least once a week. Ensure that you offer them with real value, useful information so you can get them to like and trust you in no time at all. You can also invite them when you’re conducting free seminars or inform them when you’re running promotions. The more you contact them, the more likely they will not forget about you and your website.

5. Make follow-ups. Do not forget to follow-up your prospects’ desire in buying your products and services. Send them sales letters at least twice a month. Each time you do, ensure that you highlight the features of your products and your unique selling preposition. It will also help if you create a sense of urgency. Tell them that they’ll get amazing freebies or discounts if they will act right away.

Internet Marketing – How to Promote Your Website without Spending a Dime

March 9th, 2011
Gone are the days when promoting any type of product and service requires huge amount of money. Now, with the creation of internet, you can promote product awareness without spending a single dime. Here’s what you need to do:

1. Write and distribute articles. Right now, there’s no better way to promote a website or a blog than article marketing. It’s the process of attracting online users using information as bait. These people use the internet to get solutions to their problems or expert advice. You give them what they want and you get that much-needed chance to send them to your website via your resource box. You don’t need to spend a single dime when using this amazing internet marketing tool. All you need to do is write articles and get them published on article directories, blogs, and on some social networking sites.

2. Forum posting. This is a great, faster way to get in touch with a group of people who are most likely to buy the products or services that you sell. Start by looking for forums that are closely related to your chosen niche. For example, if you’re selling cars, forums about automobiles would be the best online places to target. Keep in mind that it’s not wise to promote your products or services right away. What you can do is to build relationship with other members on your chosen forum so they’ll get to know you. Make sure that each time you create a post, you give these people a reason to believe that you’re an expert in your niche and that you’re the best person to contact should they have any problem.

3. Video marketing. You can also use YouTube and other video sites to promote your website. Create videos related to your products or services. For example, if you’re selling mineral make-ups, you can create how-to video showing your target audience how to apply your products on their faces. At the end of your videos, you can promote your website and your products. It’s that easy!

4. Viral marketing campaign. Get the help of some of your prospects to create awareness about your website and your product. How? Start by sending them free ebooks or newsletters. Then, instruct them to send your freebies to all the people they know. Don’t forget to insert the name and URL of your website on each page to make it hassle-free for interested parties to give you a visit.

5. Blog hopping. You can also promote product awareness by visiting blogs that are relevant to your chosen niche. Read the posts and leave amazing, useful comments for other online users to see. Again, your goal here is to get people to pay attention by giving them information that they’ll find useful. Ensure that you only use those blogs that will allow you to leave your site’s URL at the end of your comment.

Article Marketing – Attract Search Engine Traffic in 6 Steps

March 9th, 2011
Driving search engine traffic to your website is the first thing that you need to do in order to secure decent sales. You can make this happen through article marketing. Here’s what you need to do:

1. Know your target audience and understand their needs. The first thing that you need to do is to ensure that your articles will come out very targeted to the needs and demands of your target audience. Before you start tapping on your keyboard, identify the people that you’re writing for and figure out exactly what they want to read. Conduct surveys if you must to get their pulse.

2. Keyword research. Don’t target any keyword without doing your research. You would want to use those that are very popular in your chosen niche and those that are very profitable. Launch reliable keyword suggestion tools and search your niche. You’ll then get a list of most searched terms and phrases related to your products and services. Ensure that you keep these in mind when choosing your topics to ensure that you’ll be able to give your readers the kind of information that they’re looking for.

3. Use compelling titles. Be very creative and put your best foot forward when writing the title of each of your articles. Your goal here is to make sure that your target audience will not be able to resist opening your articles the moment they see your titles. That will happen if you push their emotional hot buttons, if you pique their curiosity, or if you get them at the edge of their seats and make them want for more.

4. Offer high quality articles. Getting your target audience to open your articles is not the end of the process. You still need to get your audience to read on until they reach your resource box. This is possible if you offer them with high quality articles that are worth their precious time. They will not stop reading if you offer them with exclusive, useful information and if you strive to give them great reading experience.

5. Use amazing resource box. Although there are no strict rules about using the same resource box, I would recommend that you use different ones for each of your articles. Write them based on the content of your copies so they will sound like they’re still part of your articles. Take the opportunity to introduce yourself and your business to your readers. Then, make your call to action benefit-driven so you can get more people to clickthrough your resource box.

6. Distribute your articles. Start by getting your articles published on all A-list article marketing sites. Then, identify blogs and forums that are related to your chosen niche and use them as well. It may take more time but it’s something that you can do to increase the exposure of your articles.

Article Marketing 101 – 6 Steps to Jumpstart Your Campaign

March 9th, 2011
Convinced that article marketing is the best way to generate traffic to your website? Then, let me help you jumpstart your campaign. Here are the first steps that you need to take:

1. Learn how to use keyword suggestion tools. These tools are some of the things that you cannot do without when doing article marketing. They are useful because they’ll give you a list of terms and phrases that are frequently being used by your prospects each time they’re looking for information related to your website, products, and services. These search terms will then give you an idea about the kind of information your target audience are exactly looking for. This will make it much easier for you to create articles that they’ll find informative and useful.

2. Know how to write compelling, attention-grabbing titles. Truth be told, your success in article marketing will largely depend on the effectiveness of your titles or headlines. If they’re really catchy, you can be assured that a lot of people will open and read your articles. That’s exactly what you need to get the chance to convince these people to read your articles until the end and later on, to click the links on your resource box.

3. Learn SEO article writing. Keep in mind that you’re not the only one who’s doing article marketing in the online arena today. There are millions of esellers out there who are competing to secure decent page ranking. Shake the competition by knowing how to properly optimize your articles or how to make them search engine-friendly. Using keywords, building links for your articles, following acceptable keyword density, and applying latent semantic indexing technique will do the trick for you.

4. Hone your writing skills. As I said a while ago, you’re competing against thousands of article marketers. To ensure that you’ll get your fair share of online attention, you need to have exceptional article writing skills. Just remember that writing web articles is way different from writing magazine or newspaper articles. Online users will most likely to read them if they’re short, very easy to understand, scannable, and straight to the point.

5. Be an expert. Don’t get started unless you’re confident that you’re an expert in your chosen niche. You see, your potential clients might not have the chance to meet you face-to-face. So, they’ll rely on your articles when deciding if they’re sign up to your email marketing list or if they’ll buy from you. You’ll win their business if you can show them that you’re a great source of valuable information; that you do understand their problems and that you have the best remedies.

6. Sign up to reputable article directories. Publishers will only accept your articles if you sign up an account in their website. Don’t worry as this is relatively easy. Just list down the sites that you’re going to use and just give them some information that they require. Most directories will ask for your name, site’s URL, and other information related to your ebusiness.

SEO Article Submission – FAQs Answered Here

March 9th, 2011
Do you have questions related to SEO article submission? Then, read on as you might just find the answers you need in here:

Question #1. How many articles do I need to write?

Answer: Well, there’s no ideal number. What I can tell you is; the more, the better. You can’t just write 50 articles and tell yourself that’s it. You need to write and distribute articles every single day in order to get the kind of traffic that you’re looking for. If you want to get ahead of the pack and if you want to make some serious noise online in as little time as possible, I would recommend writing at least 10 short articles on a daily basis.

Question #2. How can I multiply the number of my inbound links?

Answer: Aside from writing lots of articles, you can gain additional inbound links for your website by using at least 2 anchor texts or absolute URLs on your resource box. It will also help if you make use of several article marketing sites and relevant blogs when publishing your articles.

Question #3. What’s the best way to optimize my articles?

Answer: The best way is to target the most profitable keywords and to place them on strategic places where search spiders can easily locate them. It will also help if you use latent semantic indexing technique and if you always follow the acceptable keyword density. Remember, using less or more keywords than what is allowed will not help you get the page ranking that you’re looking for.

Question #4. What are the best article submission sites that I can use?

Well, there are hundreds of directories that you can make use of when doing article marketing. Use those that are trusted by search engines and those that are frequented by online users. Also, ensure that the sites you’re going to use have quick review and posting time. You would want your articles to be published in as little as 2-5 days after submitting them, right? It will also help if you only use those that have been in the online arena for years and those that have strict guidelines on the quality of articles that they publish.

Question #5. How soon can I see changes in my page ranking and web traffic?

Answer: That will depend on the attractiveness of your articles. If they are properly optimized and if they’re of high quality, you can be assured that online users will notice them right away. That means, you can start seeing favorable results in a couple of weeks. However, if your articles are not showing on relevant listings and if online users don’t find them useful, you cannot really expect to get great results from this endeavor.

Question #6. How can I check my progress?

Answer: That’s a very good question. You can take advantage of relevant tools offered in the online arena to track the progress of your article marketing campaign. These tools will help in generating reports that contain information that you want to know. These include the number of times your articles were opened and the number of times your resource box was clicked. 4. Genuine care for your readers. This is something that can really make you and your articles stand out from the crowd. You see, most article marketers do not really care about their readers. Article Writing Tips – How to Write 5-10 Articles per Day

March 9th, 2011
If you’re an article marketer and if you’re trying to do everything to succeed in this endeavor, I am pretty sure you’re leaning towards increasing the number of your articles. I know you know that this is the best way to increase your online exposure and the amount of traffic that you drive to your website.
Truth be told, writing 5-10 articles per day isn’t that hard. Alright, it requires time, effort, and energy but it’s definitely something that I would call “doable.” As long as you’re determined, I really don’t think it’s impossible. Let me share some tips on how you can easily write 5-10 articles per day. These are the following:

1.  Be an expert. It’s important that you know your chosen niche inside out. It’s crucial that you don’t have any difficulty discussing topics related to your niche without the need to do extensive research. If you know ahead of time all the information that you need to include in your articles, it’s more likely that you’ll be able to finish one copy is less than 20 minutes.

2. Schedule your writing time and stick to it. What’s the best time for you to write your articles? The answer to this question is different for different people. As for me, I can say that the best times are first thing in the morning and before I go to sleep. You know why? It’s because these are the times of the day when the house is relatively quieter and when I can think more clearly. Figure out the time of the day when you’re most motivated and most creative. Writing during this time will allow you to become more productive.

3. Fight writer’s block. This is one problem that you would like to avoid at all cost. Don’t worry as it’s something that you can easily fight. The best thing that you can do is to not overwork yourself. Writing 24/7 will surely not help. It’s also not a bad idea if you write something not related to your chosen niche from time to time. Write about your hobbies or those things that you find interesting when you feel bored with writing the same topics over and over again.

4. Concentrate and eliminate distractions. Writing your articles while watching TV or helping your kids with their homework will not help you become more productive. Here’s what I suggest; make sure that you do nothing but write your articles during your “working hours.” During this time, you can lock yourself in your room and get away from your TV. Also, avoid opening FaceBook, Twitter, and other websites not related to what you’re doing. Through this, I have no doubt that you’ll be able to write at least 2-4 articles in one hour.

5. Discipline is the key. Most article marketers are working from home. That means, it’s a lot easier to get distracted compare to working in an office. Having discipline will really make a huge difference. Start by making sure that you’re writing during your “working hours” and not making any excuses so you can spend your writing time doing other things.

Article Writing Techniques – 5 Costly Mistakes You Shouldn’t Commit

March 9th, 2011
As a writer, I am pretty sure that the last thing that you would like to happen is to see your work get ignored. Well, you can avoid that from happening by simply avoiding the following costly mistakes:
1. Writing the same old, boring subjects. Just like anybody else, online users do not have the time to read articles about topics that they’ve already read before. So, talk about something new each time you tap on your keyboard. This may mean doing extensive research or spending more time getting the pulse of your target audience but I can assure you that it’s worth it. This will definitely make your articles look more valuable to the eyes of your potential readers.
2. Using unimaginative titles. There’s no doubt in my mind that your articles will be ignored if you use titles that are too dry or downright boring. Remember, these are the first things that your target audience will see. It’s important to ensure that they’ll be enticed the moment they see these on relevant search page results. Make your titles work for you by making them thought-provoking, benefit-driven, or even earth-shattering. Just be creative and do everything to ensure that your target audience will pay attention.
3. Giving readers useless information. Before you start writing your articles, remind yourself that the only reason why online users would want to read your articles is to get information. So, strive to give them exactly what they want. Instead of telling them non-sense things or information that are not really relevant to their needs and demands, offer them with useful data. For example, you can offer answers to their burning questions or better yet, share with them your expertise to help them solve their pressing issues. If you do this, you can be assured that these people will remember you for a very long time. They’ll surely not hesitate to read your other articles and they’ll most likely to give your website a visit in a heartbeat. That’s exactly what you would like to happen, right?
4. Not checking your articles before you publish them online. It’s very seldom that writers create perfect articles the first time they write them. That is why, it’s highly recommended that you check your work before you make it available to online users. Your readers will surely appreciate it if you ensure that your articles are flawless and very pleasurable to read. They must not contain grammar and spelling errors. They must be free from run-on sentences and complicated paragraphs. In addition, they must be coherent and very easy to understand.
5. Making your articles too lengthy. There’s no point in making your articles very long. You see, online users don’t like them and writing this type of articles will take so much of your time. So, do yourself a favor keep your articles relatively short (around 400-600 words).

Article Marketing Tips – How to do It in Half the Time

March 9th, 2011
If you think that you’re spending too much time on your article marketing campaign, you’ll surely find this article very useful. In here, I’ll give you some very effective time-saving tips to empower you to do the entire process in half the time. Here’s what you need to do:
1. Choose your topics wisely. Save yourself from time-consuming research by choosing topics that you know really, really well. If you have limited knowledge on your chosen niche, I suggest that you gain expert status first before you even think about using articles on your internet marketing campaign so you will not find it difficult to write one short article in 15-30 minutes.
2. Improve your keyboarding skills or use voice recognition software. As a writer, it’s important that you have the ability to type at least 75 words per minute. Obviously, the slower you type, the longer it will take you to finish your articles. You can improve your skills through constant practice using keyboarding tools available in the online arena today. Another option you have is to use voice recognition software. Although they’re a bit difficult to use at first, they can surely cut the writing time in half for you. Instead of tapping on your keyboard, you just need to dictate the would-be content of your articles and these software will do the typing for you.
3. Write first thing in the morning. You’ll be able to write much faster if you’re not tired or not yet affected with the day’s event. This is the reason why I strongly recommend that you try writing first thing in the morning. I must say that this is one my secrets why I can easily write 5-10 articles per day.
4. Write on different times of the day. If you intend to write 10 articles per day, make sure that you don’t write them in one sitting. It’s best if you write at least 5 in the morning and 5 in the afternoon and before you go to bed. Doing this will help you avoid mental fatigue that can surely hurt the quality of your articles. As you know, if your articles are not good enough, they’ll be rejected by article marketing sites. You don’t want that to happen as that would mean more time in front of your computer revising and resubmitting your articles to directories.
5. Avoid distractions. Distractions can really slow you down. That’s why, it’s a smart move to find a place where you can be alone each time you’re writing. What I do is I lock myself in my room and I tell everyone not to disturb me unless it’s an emergency. You can also do the same. By the way, it will also help if you avoid chatting with your friends online or over the phone. Also, resist the urge to check your FaceBook or Twitter account. You can do all of those later.
